I run two careers on purpose.
One inside a Fortune 50 boardroom, one in front of a camera. Ten years each, at the same time. The consultancy exists because almost nobody has both — and the work that matters now sits exactly where they overlap.
Strategy that has to survive a boardroom.
I'm a director-level leader inside a Fortune 50 consumer goods company, where I've spent a decade across brand strategy, category development and retail sales — most recently responsible for how a portfolio of brands shows up and sells through at one of the largest retailers in the country.
That means I've built the plans, defended the budgets, and been accountable for the number at the end of the quarter. I know what a leadership team will and won't fund, what a retailer actually rewards, and how to write a strategy that holds up when someone senior starts poking holes in it.
The creative half
Execution that has to survive the scroll.
For exactly as long, I've been on the other side of it: creating content, modeling, hosting, and building an audience of my own. Fifty-plus brand activations. Five years of livestream selling in luxury resale, converting in real time in front of a live audience. Years of learning what actually makes someone stop scrolling — not from a report, but from posting, missing, and posting again the next day.
Marketing and Social Media Director for Fashion Week Minnesota. Brand Manager for an independent creative studio. On-camera talent for brands across beauty, fashion, food and local retail. The unglamorous repetition is the point: it's why I can tell you in ten seconds whether an idea will work, and why.
Why me, specifically
The overlap is the whole offer.
Most people in this space have one half. Strategists who have never had to make a piece of content perform, and creators who have never had to defend a plan to a leadership team. Both produce work that stalls — beautiful strategy nobody can execute, or beautiful content nobody can tie to a result.
I don't just understand social media trends. I understand how to integrate high-level business objectives, retail strategy and measurable results into one digital ecosystem — and then go make the content that runs it. That's the entire reason to choose me over an agency with a bigger deck.
The creator practice
My own platforms are the lab.
My personal brand isn't a side project or a hobby I'm quietly monetizing. It's the research-and-development arm of this business. Every format, hook, cadence and partnership structure I recommend to a client is something I've already tested on my own audience, with my own name attached and my own money on the line.
It's also why brands can hire me directly as the creator. Same person, either side of the table: the one who writes the brief, or the one who delivers against it. Very few consultants can credibly do both — and it means my advice comes with receipts rather than case studies from someone else's account.
If you tell me your dreams, I'll hold you to them.
I have insanely high standards and I can be demanding. I'd rather say that plainly than have you discover it in week three. But it comes from deep care, not from ego — I only push people I believe are capable of more, and I don't take on clients I don't believe that about.
The trade is simple. You get someone who won't let you settle for the safe version, who will tell you when the idea isn't good enough, and who becomes your single loudest advocate the moment you decide to reach for something big.
